We love all of our clients at Capo Ragazza Salon and Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by appointment. If you cancel your scheduled appointment without 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of all services booked. If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, without notice, you will be charged 99% of services booked.
